Placing an order is very simple.

All items must be returned new, unused and with the label still attached.
Returns that do not meet the standards of our return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Purchases must be returned to Donarturo within 14 days of receiving the order (Article 52 of the Consumer Code).
Returns outside this period will only be accepted at our discretion.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase.
Our policy does not provide for the exchange of goods. Discounted products cannot be returned and therefore are not subject to return.
In case of wrong size or if you prefer another color of the same material, simply place a new order with the desired item.
In case of exchange - shipping costs are included only in the first order.
To obtain a refund for the item already delivered, it is necessary to return the product (subject to communication via email) within 1 week of receipt of the same. If the item does not meet our return standards, the refund will not be made.
Please note that refunds may take up to 28 business days.
Shipping costs and customs taxes are charged to the customer for each return.
RENDER A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
In the event that the order is damaged due to transport or production defects, DONARTURO undertakes to replace the material under warranty without charging any other expense.
The order must be repacked and prepared for collection. We will pay the transport costs and send the return labels that will be applied on the package.
To exercise this right, it is necessary:
Specify and document any damage to the packaging, and send the photos to email@example.com, within 5 days from the date of receipt of the goods, indicating the order number, defective item and details of the defect found.
